Ellen Wanamaker has more than 15 years of paralegal experience, primarily in family law firms.  Prior to paralegal employment, Ellen has had significant financial services experience. This includes 30 years tax preparation and advisory services in her own private practice. Ellen is licensed by the Internal Revenue Service with the Enrolled Agent status, to prepare income taxes and represent clients in federal tax court. She has also held New Jersey and Florida life and health insurance and NASD mutual fund licenses. After completing Fairleigh Dickinson University’s paralegal program with honors, Ellen also completed the New Jersey Association of Professional Mediators’ Family Law Mediation program.

With her strong financial background combined with her own financial and emotional “in the trenches” divorce experience, Ellen’s career naturally evolved into family law. She prides herself in evidence gathering, financial evaluations, and assisting in preparing divorce settlements, which is also purely financial..

When she is not working, you will find Ellen on her inline speed skates or cheering on her favorite baseball team, the New York Mets.
